FOR BRANDS WITH STORE AND DEALER NETWORKS

Build teams that know your products
and explain them clearly.

We turn your product documents and expert knowledge into digital training that store and dealer teams learn by practising.

Custom short lessons, sales conversation practice and on-the-job guides. Accessible on phones and computers.

Try the sample lesson

Expertise should not stay with just one person.

A sales adviser discusses product options with a customer in an appliance showroom.

TRAINING EXAMPLE · PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND SALES

From knowing to explaining.

Learners ask about needs, demonstrate a difference and explain a recommendation, rather than just reading specifications.

WHAT YOU BUY

A reusable training package
that teaches your way of working.

Give a new colleague training approved by your expert, instead of explaining the same task from scratch each time. We organise the content, produce the visuals and interactions, and deliver the package.

01

Show the standard.

Short explanations, visuals and examples of correct practice. Learners first understand what is expected.

02

Practise the task.

A small task from the job: inspect, choose actions and see the result. Feedback explains what needs changing and why, rather than simply giving a score.

03

Refer back at work.

A downloadable guide and checklist keep the method available after the lesson.

PRODUCT AND SALES TRAINING · INTERACTIVE PRACTICE

Take the lead
in a sales conversation.

You are the sales adviser. Discover what a customer needs, demonstrate a product and make a reasoned recommendation between two vacuums.

The products, specifications and customers are fictional training examples. Runtime figures are illustrative, not real product performance.

Your products and real sales situations replace the fictional ones in this example. Training is based on your sources and approved by your subject expert.

WHO WE CREATE TRAINING FOR

Bring consistent product knowledge
to your whole sales network.

Retail chains

Store sales teams

Explain product differences in terms of how the customer will use them.

Brands with dealer networks

Dealer staff

Present the benefits and limitations of a new product consistently and accurately.

Manufacturers and distributors

New team members

Learn the product range, practise common questions and respond to objections.

Your products and real sales situations replace the fictional ones in this example. Training is based on your sources and approved by your subject expert.

FROM KNOWLEDGE TO A TRAINING PACKAGE

You bring the expertise.
We design and produce the training.

01

Choose one task.

Who will learn, and what should they be able to do? We review your existing manuals, notes, photographs or recordings.

02

Approve the scope.

We set out the lesson and case outline, deliverables, price and schedule in writing. Your expert verifies the correct practice and its limits.

03

Try the preview.

We produce the lesson, interactive cases and job aid. Your expert and intended learners try the preview; we make the agreed revisions.

04

Use the package again.

We deliver the approved package through the agreed access method. You can reuse it for new employees or students within your agreed usage rights.

START BY SOLVING ONE TOPIC

Start with a training package
for one specific task.

Start with one product range or a difficult sales topic, such as matching the difference between two models to a customer need. Add lessons and scenarios as the scope grows.

  • A short explanatory lesson
  • Step-by-step practice activities
  • Feedback with reasoning
  • A downloadable job aid
  • Training usable on phones and computers

The written proposal specifies lesson and scenario counts, animation, narration, languages, revisions and delivery dates. Pricing depends on this scope and the available source material, and is submitted for approval before work begins.

Questions you may have

A ready-made course or custom production?

Custom production. We build training around your workflow and intended learners. The sales conversation on this site is a small sample of the service, not a catalogue of ready-made courses.

How is this different from Prova Motoru?

Prova Motoru lets users rehearse machine operating or maintenance steps on a digital model. Usta İzi teaches a specific job task through lessons, cases and job aids. The subject may be a device, quality inspection, a process or a specialist decision. Not every course needs a 3D model.

Why not just a video or PDF?

Video explains; a PDF helps people remember. A practical activity lets learners try a task, see the result of their choices and understand why it matters. We combine all three around the same learning goal.

How can this work for a small audience?

We keep the scope narrow, reuse interaction components and use AI tools for content drafts, visual production and development. Technical decisions are verified against source documents and expert approval. The cost advantage depends on the scope.

Who does what?

You provide the subject expert and existing resources. We bring together learning design, visual communication and development, coordinating animation and narration when included. You do not have to manage separate production teams.

Where can I use the training?

The starting option is browser-based training and a PDF job aid. Internal access, selling to your students, learning platform integration, progress tracking and additional languages require agreed scope and usage rights. This website’s sample does not store learner progress.
